Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and the Institute of Systems Science, NUS

Since our recent integration with SkillsFuture Singapore's (SSG) Grant Calculator API, the time taken for manual calculations of course fee grants have been reduced. The integration has allowed for automatic calculation of the specific grant eligibility and the amount of the course fee grant for each trainee based on his/her profile.

We have also recently incorporated the SkillsFuture Credit Payment Gateway API into our training management system, which would eventually allow our students to immediately offset their SkillsFuture Credit against their course fees.

These two integrations excite our course administrators dealing with training grant applications, as it has and will continue to remove countless hours of tedious and manual work required for manual calculations and submissions, and it will enable the streamlining of overall business processes.
